What We Do:
Our passion is bringing compassionate fashion into the mainstream, by offering a collection of upcycled silk saree clothing and accessories. Our sustainable creations celebrate the magical, amazing, beautiful and unique individual that you are. Products are made with reclaimed fabric, and are constructed in both California and India.
How We Began:
Mara Rosenhart transformed a personal tragedy into this flourishing sisterhood in August of 2019, after her home and everything she loved was tragically lost in a fire. She needed to bring beauty and hope back into her life. Having been a textile artist for many many years, she ordered a number of silk saree skirts from a friend, and found that they gave her joy and hope. She discovered that there was a community of others who truly believed in the magic of these creations. Her business-brain wrapped around this idea, that all “sisters” deserve the same transformation. Within four months, Mara sold over 1000 products, built a sisterhood of over 400 “sisters”, and at her six month mark, decided this website would be the perfect way to share her vision with the world.
